Drone-based building, façade and roof inspection
We inspect façades and roofs of apartments, commercial buildings and residential homes with the latest drone technology — safely and with high precision. By eliminating scaffolding and elevated work, we reduce costs while keeping workers safe. We also support infrared thermography to detect internal deterioration, and deliver a detailed inspection report in as little as one day.

Infrared façade inspection
Drones equipped with infrared thermography cameras capture façades, detecting tile delamination, voids and cracks without contact. We also support periodic reporting required under Article 12 of the Building Standards Act.
Roof & façade inspection
We use 4K drone cameras to inspect the roofs and façades of detached homes, catching paint fading, cracks, moss, and water-ingress risks early. We walk through the footage with you on-site.
Pre-renovation survey
Ahead of major apartment renovations, we map the building-wide deterioration state and collect the data needed to draft the renovation plan. Reports are prepared in clear, accessible form for the building association.
